Challenge

3Mobile wanted to massively streamline their internal communications. The company was spending a lot of money and resources trying to relay directives from management all the way down through the various departments.  Often, information took far too long to reach shop floor managers and sales staff.

Solution

Videos made all that information much quicker to digest and easier to understand.  We created videos for 3Mobile in areas including quarterly sales briefings, health and safety videos, and product demos to help train the sales staff.

The sheer amount of time and resources saved by 3Mobile surprised even us!

Vital time was no longer taken away by training meetings and memos.  Instead, employees were briefed on new products or procedures through short and infinitely replayable videos, which they could refer back to whenever needed.
